Brent brings a multifaceted skill set encompassing summer camp operations, programming, and marketing. He is dedicated to connecting qualified staff members with summer job opportunities at our camps through our GreatCampJobs staffing initiative and recruits hundreds of staff members annually. In addition, Brent serves as the Director of Berkshire Lake Camp managing overall operations and working directly with event hosts to curate exceptional experiences.
Prior to starting BLC, Brent supported the startup growth of an overnight sports camp in the San Francisco Bay Area and spent many years working at Camp Winadu, Camp Ramaquois, and local JCCs. Brent currently holds a M.S. in Camp Administration and Leadership from Gratz College and was awarded the Jack Weiner Leadership Award by the American Camp Association in 2019 and the Michael Gordon Young Leaders Award in 2018.
When he’s not at camp, you can find Brent indulging in live comedy, consuming too much charcuterie, or answering his nieces’ and nephews’ question “Why?” for the eleventy-bajillionth time.
